ORDINANCE NO. 1548
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 722 OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND
HILLS, TEXAS ESTABLISHING A PRIMA FACIE SPEED LIMIT OF 30 MILES PER
HOUR ON ONYX DRIVE SOUTH FROM THE INTERSECTION OF WENDELL DRIVE TO
6300 BLOCK OF ONYX DRIVE SOUTH IN THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS,
TEXAS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of North Richland
Hills, Texas, that:
1.
Ordinance No. 722 of the City of North Richland Hills, Texas, be and
is hereby amended by setting the prima facie speed limit at 30 miles per hour on
Onyx Drive South from the intersection of Onyx Drive South and Wendell Drive to
the intersection of Onyx Drive South and 3500 Billie Faye Drive.
2.
Any person operating a motor vehicle upon said above-described
section, in the City of North Richland Hills, Texas, at a speed in excess of 30
miles per hour shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and fined not in excess
of $200.00.
3.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days from
passage and publication.
