ORDINANCE NO. 1549
AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH SECTION XXVIII, AMENDMENTS, OF ZONING
ORDINANCE #1080 OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND
HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED
BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND
HILLS, JANUARY 9, 1984
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION
IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY
THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
RESOLVED that on Case No. PZ-88-2 the following described property shall be
rezoned from R-7-MF to C-2.
BEING a description of Lot 8, Block 1 of the Henry Addition, out of the
A.G. Walker Survey, Abstract 1630, Tarrant County, Texas:
BEGINNING at an iron rod 835.50 feet East and 448.70 feet South of the
Northwest corner of the A.G. Walker Survey;
THENCE North along the East line of Tract 4P2 for a distance of 100.0 feet
to an iron rod for a corner, said point being the Southwest corner of Tract
4W;
THENCE East along the South line of said Tract 4W for a distance of 353.70
feet to a point in the West right-of-way line of Scruggs Drive to a point
for a corner;
THENCE South along said right-of-way line of Scruggs Drive for a distance
of 100.0 feet to an iron rod for a corner;
THENCE West along the South line of Lot 8, Block 1 for a distance of 353.80
feet to the point of beginning and containing 0.812 acres of land, more or
less.
This property is located south of Glenview Drive on the west side of
Scruggs Drive
