HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 1506 /' ORDINANCE NO. 1506 AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION XXVIII, AMENDMENTS, OF ZONING ORDINANCE #1080 OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, JANUARY 9, 1984 AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: RESOLVED that on Case No. PZ-87-20 the following described property shall be rezoned from R-3 to 1-2. BEING Lots 44 and 45, Block 2, W. E. Odell Addition, an addition to the City of North Richland Hills, Tarrant County, Texas, as recorded in Volume 388-C, Page 68, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas. This property is located at 8336 Odell Street.
