The Committee also recommended
that the Director of Finance and
the Director of Public Works
modify the existing water rate per
100 cubic feet to include the
pass-through rate. Then the pass-
through charges would not be shown
separately on the water bill. The
pass-through charges will still be
accounted for separately in the
Utility Billing records.
The Committee reviewed the
outstanding CIP Projects.

other Items
Several people were present from
the Snow Heights area to discuss
sewer problems. Those present
were:
1. Mrs. Clyde Zeller
4920 Reynolds Rd.
281-3321
2. Mrs. Bill Betts
4916 Reynolds Rd.
498-0880
3. Mr. & Mrs. N.A. Anthony
7024 Corona
498-3888
The citizens present were having
problems with sewer backing up in
their homes. They informed the
Committee that they had on
numerous occasions called the City
and plumbers out to determine the
problem, and to date had not been
able to resolve the problem.
After discussion with the
citizens, the Committee
recommended that:
1. The City Sewer Department will
TV the sewer lines serving these
customers within the next two
weeks.
2. If no problems are found
within the City's lines, staff
will then request consent from the
homeowners to TV their private
service lines.
3. Staff will report back their
findings to the CIP Committee at
the next meeting. At that time,
they will also submit a cost
estimate for solving the problem
and an estimated date to begin
repair.
Mayor Brown also ask staff to TV
all the sewer collection lines in
the Snow Heights area to check for
similar problems.
