Director of Public WOrks/Utilities ROO Agent City Engineer Asst. to City Engineer DISCUSSION ASSIGNMENT The CIP Carmittee recœrnended the Meadow Lakes Drive Drainage Improvements in the amount of $109,000 be funded fram Unspecified Drainage CIP Fimds. The transfer of these funds should be taken to the City Council for approval. Greg G. Tucker The CIP Carrnittee recœrnended $25,000 be transferred from Unspecified Drainage CIP Fimds to pay for rem::>val of silt from Calloway Branch near Richfield Park. The Carmittee reccmnended the Director of Public WOrks negotiate with a local contractor to acccmplish the earthen channel improvements not to exceed $25,000. Greg The CIP Corrmittee reconmended the staff prePare specifications and receive bids for the "slurry seal" improvements on the streets as shown on the cover sheet. The $39,169.28 received as settlement for the North Hills & Holiday North Paving & Drainage Improvements case with Stolaruk CorPOration will be utilized to pay for the improvements. Mayor Pro Tern Richard Davis recorrmended that staff consider repainting the Rufe Snow Elevated Storage Tank in the near future. ASSIGNMENT N/A Greg
