DISCUSSION
ASSIGNMENT
The CIP Carmittee recœrnended the Meadow
Lakes Drive Drainage Improvements in the
amount of $109,000 be funded fram
Unspecified Drainage CIP Fimds. The
transfer of these funds should be taken to
the City Council for approval.

The CIP Carrnittee recœrnended $25,000 be
transferred from Unspecified Drainage CIP
Fimds to pay for rem::>val of silt from
Calloway Branch near Richfield Park. The
Carmittee reccmnended the Director of
Public WOrks negotiate with a local
contractor to acccmplish the earthen
channel improvements not to exceed
$25,000.

The CIP Corrmittee reconmended the staff
prePare specifications and receive bids for
the "slurry seal" improvements on the
streets as shown on the cover sheet. The
$39,169.28 received as settlement for
the North Hills & Holiday North Paving &
Drainage Improvements case with Stolaruk
CorPOration will be utilized to pay for the
improvements.

The CIP Corrmittee reviewed the status report
sul:mitted by Richard Albin.
Mayor Pro Tern Richard Davis recorrmended that
staff consider repainting the Rufe Snow
Elevated Storage Tank in the near future.
