Sanford Lee Maness Donna Heishman Richard Royston Richard Albin Mayor Mayor Pro Tem Councilman Councilwoman City Manager Senior Assistant City Manager Director of Public Works Director of Economic Development Director of Finance Senior Accountant Director of Planning Division City Engineer DISCUSSION ASSIGNMENT CIP Committee decided to hold this project for future consideration when more unspecified CIP funds are available. N/A CIP Committee instructed staff to continue negotiations for the right-of-way needed between existing Industrial Park Boulevard and Holiday Lane. Committee decided no funds should be obligated for right-of-way acquisition on this project. C.A. Sanford Richard Royston Lee Maness presented current CIP Financial report. Committee was informed that the proposed revisions to the 1988 Bond Sale Package were not reflected in this report. Revisions will be included after City Council approval. N/A Richard Albin, K-E-F, Inc. presented the revised time schedule for the original CIP projects. A progress report on these projects was also given at this time. N/A Mayor Dan Echols and Councilman Richard Davis recommended that staff present need for additional funds to construct interconnect road from Booth Calloway to Grapevine Highway, municipal golf course, park deal, and access ramps on the north side of Loop 820 between Holiday Lane and Meadow Lakes Drive to the full City Council. Mention Tex Cap program as possible funding source. This information should be taken to the Council when staff presents revised 1988 GO Bond Sale for approval.
