City Manager Public Works Director City Engineer The following priorities were established for projects in the CIP: Richard Albin was directed to proceed with final engineering, assessment rolls and all necessary documentation for priorities 1-3. Items are to be ready for bid but not bid until approved by the full Council. Priori ty 1. Priori ty 2. Priori ty 3. (1) Priori ty 4. (2) Priority 5. Calloway Acres Flory Street Hewitt Drainage Big Fossil Drainage Mickey & Center Streets (1) It was decided that any action on the Big Fossil Drainage project should be held in abeyance until our next meeting. (2) The Mickey and Center Street project will be put on hold until the final determination is made by the City Council if this item should be dropped from the CIP. Gene Riddle was asked to explore the ) , ' m possibility of vacating the right-of-way on Center Street .~ard Albin was directed to prepare cost estimate for.Mickey within the next 60 days. Included in the estimate will be (all drainage work and right-of-way acquisition costs. !.J.!¡!YJ Note: Morgan Meadows East - RNL will contact Mac Garvin in one final attempt to secure necessary easements. This project will be discussed by the City Council to determine if it will also be dropped from the CIP. Richard Albin was directed to proceed with the reinspection of College Hills tank and take whatever corrective action is necessary. The Harmonson project will be deleted from the CIP and the $99,535 will be allocated to Public Works for overlay projects next spring. Richard Albin was directed to prepare a change order to the Rufe Snow contract to add Fair Meadows. The Staff was directed to proceed with the bids on the Rufe Snow signalization and to have these bids ready for Council approval in January. .--- _._..._.,.._----~---~~---_.._--------~-- Page Two The remaInIng $34,000 in the Davis Blvd. project is to remain avail- able for a future southbound lane currently under negotiation. Richard Albin was directed to obtain cost estimate for that portion of Lola that is uncurbed for all drainage and pavement work necessary. Mayor Pro Tern Ramsey requested a 15 minute session in Pre-Council to review CIP progress with the full Council. Next CIP Meeting is scheduled for early December.
