Home My WebLink AboutOrdinance 1406 ORDINANCE NO. 1406 AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION XXVIII, AMENDMENTS, OF ZONING ORDINANCE #1080 OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, JANUARY 9, 1984 AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: RESOLVED that on Case No. PZ-86-43 the following described property shall be rezoned from R-2, R-7-MF-PD & OC to R-2, with the stipulation that there be a minimum of 10,400 square foot per lot and 2000 square foot minimum living area. BEING a tract of land situated in the W.A. Trimble Survey, Abstract 1520, City of North Richland Hills, Tarrant County, Texas, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at an iron rod at the northwest corner of Lot 41, Block 3, Meadow Lakes First Filing as recorded in Volume 388-124, Page 27, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas; The net acreage of said tract of land after subtracting the save and accept area of the golf course is 23.3626 acres of land. This property is located on the south side of Meadow Lakes Drive, west of Rufe Snow Drive.
