HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 1381 ORDINANCE NO. 1381 AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION XXVIII, AMENDMENTS, OF ZONING ORDINANCE #1080 OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, JANUARY 9, 1984 AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: RESOLVED that on Case No. PZ-86-24 the following described property shall be rezoned from C-2-SU-Sale of Used Autos (with restriction of age of autos) to C-Z-SU-Sale of Used Autos (with no restriction of age of autos). BEING Lot 3R, Block 23, of the Clearview Addition, an addition to the City of North Richland Hills, Tarrant County, Texas, as recorded in Volume 388-48, Page 173 of the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas. This property is located at 8017 Grapevine Highway.
