HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 1425 ORDINANCE NO. 1425 AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION XXVIII, AMENDMENTS, OF ZONING ORDINANCE #1080 OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, JANUARY 9, 1984 AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: RESOLVED that on Case No. PZ-86-58 the following described property shall be rezoned from AG to C-2. ALL that certain tract or parcel of land situated in the J. C. Bradford Survey, Abstract 140, Tarrant County, Texas and being further described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the south boundary line of said J.C. Bradford Survey, said point being South 88 degrees 25 minutes West at 945.0 feet from the southwest corner of Lot 1, Block 1, Cherokee Estates, an addition to the City of North Richland Hills, Tarrant County, Texas as recorded in Volume 388-68, Page 19, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas; THENCE South 88 degrees 25 minutes West along said South boundary line of the J. C. Bradford Survey, 814.3 feet to a point at the southeast corner of that same tract described to Kenneth Taylor, trustee, as recorded in Volume 5346, Page 180, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas; THENCE North 01 degrees 13 minutes East along the east boundary line of said tract described to Kenneth Taylor, trustee, and also along the approximately centerline of County Road #3076 (Keller-Smithfield Road), 617.5 feet to a point; THENCE North 88 degrees 32 minutes East, 814.9 feet to a point; THENCE South 01 degrees 17 minutes West, 615.9 feet to the place of beginning and containing 11.5 acres, more or less.
