ORDINANCE NO. 1430
AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH SECTION XXVIII, AMENDMENTS, OF ZONING
ORDINANCE #1080 OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND
HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED
BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND
HILLS, JANUARY 9, 1984
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION
IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY
THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
RESOLVED that on Case No. PZ-86-64 the following described property shall
be rezoned from AG to R-2.
BEING a portion of the David Moses Survey, Abstract 1150, Tarrant County,
Texas, and described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin in the east line of Eden Road 450.0 feet South and
15.0 feet South 89 degrees 28 minutes East from the northwest corner of
said Moses Survey;
THENCE South 89 degrees 28 minutes 48 seconds East, 376.96 feet to an iron
pin for corner;
THENCE South generally with a fence, 105.0 feet to an iron pin in the north
line of Everglade Drive;
THENCE South 89 degrees 00 minutes West, generally with a fence, and the
north line of said street, 377.0 feet to an iron pin at the intersection of
the east line of Eden Road with the north line of Everglade Drive;
THENCE North with the east line of Eden Road 115.0 feet to the point of
beginning and containing 0.9519 acres of land.

This property is located at the northeast corner of Eden Road and Everglade
Drive.
APPROVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION THIS 11th DAY OF DECEMBER,
1986.
