HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 1432 ORDINANCE NO. 1432 AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION XXVIII, AMENDMENTS, OF ZONING ORDINANCE #1080 OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, JANUARY 9, 1984 AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: RESOLVED that on Case No. PZ-86-66 the following described property shall be rezoned from AG to C-l. BEING a tract or parcel of land out of the William Cox Survey, Abstract 321, situated in Tarrant County, Texas, and being described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at a railroad spike in the westerly right-of-way line of F. M. Highway #1938 with its intersection with the centerline of County Road #3004 (Turner Street), for the southeast corner of the tract herein described; THENCE South 58 degrees 00 minutes West along the centerline of said road, 192.50 feet to a 60 D nail for corner; THENCE North 07 degrees 14 minutes East at 30.07 feet passing a ~ inch iron pin in the approximate northerly R.O.W. line of said road, in all 393.34 feet to a ~ inch iron pin in a fence line for corner; THENCE South 86 degrees 12 minutes East generally along a fence, 226.20 feet to a ~ inch iron pin for corner in the westerly R.O.W. line of said F. M. Highway; THENCE South 22 degrees 17 minutes West along said westerly R.O.W. line, 295.26 feet to the point of beginning and containing 1.400 acres of land.
