CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 2:00 p.m.

CONSIDER ATION OF MINUTES
Garry Cope: The first order of business is the consideration of the minutes from
our last meeting. Are there any questions or comments about the minutes? If
not, do I hear a motion?
Philip Orr: I make a motion that we accept the minutes.
Tom Moreau: I second the motion.
Garry Cope: I have a motion and a second to accept the minutes of our last
meeting. All those in favor? Let the record show that it was a unanimous aye.

SSB2009-16
PUBLIC HEARING FOR BLOCK 1 LOT 11 THOMPSON PARK
ADDITION KNOWN AS 9228 MARTIN DR.
Garry Cope: Our first hearing for consideration today is SSB2009-16 Block 1 Lot
11, Thompson Park Addition, known as 9228 Martin Dr. I'd like to hear the City's
presentation.
Tim Horvath presented a power point presentation.
Bob McCary: I make a motion to find the property substandard and to order the
owners to bring it up to standard within the 30 days or demolish and if they fail to
do then order the city to tear it down and put a lien on the property.
Deryl Brown: I'll second that.
Garry Cope: All those in favor? Let the record show it was a unanimous aye.

PUBLIC HEARING FOR BLOCK 33 LOT 6 NOR'EAST
ADDITION KNOWN 5405 DAVIS BLVD.
Garry Cope: Now I want to bring up the next hearing and that is SS62009-17
Block 33 Lot 6, Nor'East Addition, known as 5405 Davis Blvd. I'd like to hear the
City's presentation.
Tim Horvath presented a power point presentation.
Bob McCary: I make a motion to find the property substandard.
Philip Orr: I'll second it.
Deryl Brown: I make a motion to find the property substandard and to order the
owners to bring it up to standard within the 30 days or demolish and if they fail to
do then order the city to tear it down and put a lien on the property.
Tom Moreau: I'll second it.
Garry Cope: All in favor say aye. Let the record show it was 4 and 4 with 1
abstaining.

PUBLIC HEARING FOR BLOCK 9 LOT 4 SKYLINE HOMES
ADDITION KNOWN 6804 VICTORIA AVE.
Garry Cope: Now I want to bring up the next hearing and that is SSB2009-18
Block 9 Lot 4, Skyline Homes Addition, known as 6804 Victoria Ave. I'd like to
hear the City's presentation.
Dena Milner presented a power point presentation.
Bob McCary: I make a motion to find the property substandard and to order the
owners to bring it up to standard within the 30 days or demolish and if they fail to
do then order the city to tear it down and put a lien on the property.

ADDITION KNOWN 6669 MARIE ST.
Garry Cope: Now I want to bring up the next hearing and that is SSB2009-19
Block 2 Lot 23, Skyline Homes Addition, known as 6669 Marie St. I'd like to hear
the City's presentation.

Deryl Brown: Makes a motion to find the property substandard.
Bob McCary: I'll second that.
Bob McCary: I make a motion to find the property substandard and to order the
owners to bring it up to standard within the 30 days or demolish and if they fail to
do then order the city to tear it down and put a lien on the property.
