HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 1286 ORDINANCE NO. 1286 AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION XXVIII, AMENDMENTS, OF ZONING ORDINANCE #1080 OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, JANUARY 9, 1984 AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: RESOLVED that on Case No. PZ-85-104 the following described property shall be rezoned from C-1 to C-1-Specific Use-Sale of Beer for off premise consumption. BEING Lot A2, Parchman Addition, an addition to the City of North Richland Hills, Tarrant County, Texas, as recorded in Volume 388-123, Page 75, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas. This property is located at 6955 Grapevine Highway. APPROVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZON~ ~OMMISS~.N THIS 1985. ~ U.
