CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 2:OOp.m. 2. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES Garry Cope: The first order of business is the consideration of the minutes from our last meeting. Are there any questions or comments about the minutes? If not, do I hear a motion? Philip Orr: I make a motion that we accept the minutes. Tom Moreau: I second the motion. Garry Cope: I have a motion and a second to accept the minutes of our last meeting. All those in favor? Let the record show that it was a unanimous aye. 4. SSB2009-21 PUBLIC HEARING FOR LOT 36 H W KELLY ESTATES ADDITION KNOWN AS 4308 KEN MICHAEL CT. Garry Cope: Our hearing today is SSB2009-21 Lot 36, H W Kelly Estates Addition, known as 4308 Ken Michael Ct. Tim Horvath presented a power point presentation for SSB2009-21. Garry Cope: Is there anyone who wishes to speak on behalf of this property? Seeing none I now close this public hearing and open it to the board. Do I hear a motion? Brain Crowson: I make a motion that the Board determines that the structures on this property are substandard and hereby order that: 1. The property owner obtain a demolition permit and demolish the structures to grade within 60 days. 2. If the property owner fails to comply with this order, the lien holder(s) shall comply with this order within 60 days. 3. It is further ordered that if such corrective action above is not completed within the time allowed, the City of North Richland Hills is hereby authorized to demolish and clear the property and to assess the cost of such action against the property as provided by the City's ordinance. Philip Orr: I'll second the motion. Garry Cope: All those in favor? Let the record show it was a unanimous aye. 5. ADJOURNMENT The Chairman adjourned the meeting at 2:20 p.m. Chairman Garry
