CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 2:03 p.m.

CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES
Garry Cope: The first order of business is the consideration of the minutes from
our last meeting. Are there any questions or comments about the minutes? If
not, do I hear a motion?
Philip Orr: I make a motion that we accept the minutes.
Deryl Brown: I second the motion.
Garry Cope: I have a motion and a second to accept the minutes of our last
meeting. All those in favor say aye. Let the record show that it was a unanimous
aye.

SSB2010 -24
PUBLIC HEARING FOR BLOCK 8 LOT 6 DIAMOND LOCH ADDITION
ADDITION KNOWN AS 4500 CASTLE COMBE PLACE
Garry Cope: Our hearing today is SSB2010 -24 Block 8 Lot 6, Diamond Loch
Addition, known as 4500 Castle Combe Place. '
Dena Milner presented a power point presentation for SSB2010 -24.
Garry Cope: Is there anyone who wishes to speak on behalf of this
property?
Mr. Mason: Spoke briefly about how he was trying to get the repairs done. He
stated that he didn't understand exactly what the city was asking of him. He
stated that he would comply if he knew exactly what was being asked of him.
Julie Jacobson: Spoke briefly regarding Mr. Mason. She stated that she
currently isn't representing him but he has expressed interest in that happening
in the future. She spoke to Mr. Mason and made sure that he understood what
the city was asking.
Garry Cope: Is there anyone else who wishes to speak regarding this property?
Seeing none I now close this public hearing and open it to the board.
Do I hear a motion?
Thomas Moreau: I make a motion that the Board determines that the structures
on this property are substandard and hereby order that:
(1) Wayne W. Mason, owner of the property located at 4500 Castle
Combe Place in North Richland Hills, Texas, Lot 6, Block 8,
Diamond Loch Addition, North Richland Hills, Tarrant County Texas
shall within thirty (30) days correct all plumbing violations and have
the plumbing inspected; have HVAC unit inspected and make any
needed repairs; repair or replace the damaged garage door;
weatherproof and caulk the exposed wood on the structure.
(2) If the required work is not completed, the City of North Richland
Hills will demolish the building(s) and charge all expenses incurred
by the city to the owner and place a lien upon the property for the
amount owed. The costs, together with interest accruing at 10% per
annum will be assessed as a charge against the land and will be a
personal obligation of the owner.
Philip Orr: I'II second the motion.
Garry Cope: All those in favor? Let the record show it was a unanimous aye.
