Attached is a copy of the agenda of the joint meeting that was held September 15. In the September 15 meeting Agenda Items 1— IV were completed therefore, we assume that you would want to continue the discussion on Item V. We are placing this item on the Pre - Council meeting to give Council an opportunity to review the previous work session and do any further discussion prior to the meeting on October 13.
