Home My WebLink AboutOrdinance 3226 ORDINANCE NO. 3226 AN ORDINANCE CLOSING AND ABANDONING A PORTION OF STRAIGHT STREET IN THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS. WHEREAS, the City Council desires to abandon a portion of Straight Street and to incorporate it into a plat of property owned by the City; and, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the street right of way is no longer required or convenient for street use, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS: SECTION 1. THAT that portion of the street known as Straight Street depicted in Exhibit A and described in Exhibit B hereto is hereby abandoned and closed for street use. AND IT IS SO ORDAINED.
