AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH SECTION XXVIII, AMENDMENTS, OF ZONING
ORDINANCE #1080 OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND
HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED
BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND
HILLS, JANUARY 9, 1984
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION
IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY
THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
RESOLVED that on Case No. PZ-86-5 the following described property shall be
rezoned from R-2 to C-2.
BEING 2.631 acres of land located in the W. W. Wallace Survey, Abstract
1606, City of North Richland Hills, Tarrant County, Texas, and also being a
portion of a tract of land conveyed to John Patrick Hunter, by the deed
recorded in Volume 1901, Page 487, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas.
Said 2.631 acres of land being more particularly described by metes and
bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a "±" cut in concrete at the intersection of the North right
of way line of Glenview Drive with the West R.O.W. line of Ashmore Drive,
said "±" being 6 feet North of the Southeast corner of the aforementioned
Hunter tract;
THENCE Westerly along the North R.O.W. line of Glenview Drive as follows:
(1) South 89 degrees 59 minutes 15 seconds West, 102.18 feet to an
iron rod;
(2) North 00 degrees 00 minutes 16 seconds East, 5.0 feet to an iron
rod;
(3) South 89 degrees 59 minutes 15 seconds West, 80.07 feet to an
iron rod;
THENCE North 19 degrees 57 minutes 21 seconds West, 137.47 feet to an iron
rod;
THENCE North 48 degrees 21 minutes 33 seconds West, 388.02 feet to an iron
rod in the East R.O.W. line of Booth Calloway Road, said iron rod also
being the Southwest corner of Lot lA, Block 9, Richland Heights Addition,
Section 3, to the City of North Richland Hills, Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE South 89 degrees 59 minutes 15 seconds East, 110.31 feet to an iron
rod at the Southeast corner of the aforementioned Lot 1A;
THENCE South 42 degrees 36 minutes 42 seconds East, 99.58 feet to an iron
rod;

THENCE South 89 degrees 59 minutes 15 seconds East, 134.86 feet to an iron
rod;
THENCE North 00 degrees 02 minutes 44 seconds West, 73.31 feet to an iron
rod at the Southwest corner of Lot 4, Block 9 of the aforesaid Richland
Heights Addition, Section 3;
THENCE along the South line of the said Block 9 as follows:
(1) South
rod;
(2) North
rod;
89 degrees 29 minutes 52 seconds East, 33.0 feet to an iron
00 degrees 29 minutes 40 seconds East, 20.0 feet to an iron
(3) South 89 degrees 59 minutes 15 seconds East, 173.41 feet to an
iron rod in the West R.O.W. line of Ashmore Drive;
THENCE South 00 degrees 00 minutes 16 seconds East, 411.64 feet along said
West R.O.W. to the place of beginning and containing 2.631 acres of lane.
This property is located at the Northwest corner of Glenview Drive and
Ashmore Drive.
DENIED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION THIS 13th DAY OF MARCH, 1986.
