HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 1363 ORDINANCE NO. 1363 AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION XXVIII, AMENDMENTS, OF ZONING ORDINANCE #1080 OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, JANUARY 9, 1984 AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: RESOLVED that on Case No. PZ-86-11 the following described property shall be rezoned from 1-2 to I-2-Specific Use-Sale of Alcoholic Beverages. BEING a tract or parcel of land situated in the W. W. Wallace Survey, Abstract 1606, Tarrant County, Texas; and being part of Tract 3 of the NRH Industrial Park Addition, an addition to the City of North Richland Hills, as recorded in Volume 388-144, Page 49 of the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas; and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at an iron rod for corner at the intersection of the easterly line of Rufe Snow Drive (60.00 feet to centerline), and the southerly line of Industrial Park Boulevard (43.00 feet to centerline); THENCE South 89 degrees 33 minutes 05 seconds East along said southerly line of Industrial Park Boulevard a distance of 100.00 feet to an iron rod for angle point; THENCE North 89 degrees 30 minutes 43 seconds East continuing along said southerly line of Industrial Park Boulevard a distance of 100.01 feet to an iron rod for corner; THENCE South 00 degrees 22 minutes 49 seconds West a distance of 286.03 feet to an iron rod for corner in the northerly line of Trinidad Drive (30.00 feet to centerline); THENCE North 89 degrees 37 minutes 42 seconds West along said northerly line of Trinidad Drive a distance of 35.00 feet to an iron rod for corner; THENCE North 00 degrees 22 minutes 49 seconds East a distance of 150.00 feet to an iron rod for corner; THENCE North 89 degrees 37 minutes 42 seconds West a distance of 165.00 feet to an iron rod for corner in said easterly line of Rufe Snow Drive; THENCE NOrth 00 degrees 22 minutes 49 seconds East along said easterly line of Rufe Snow Drive a distance of 134.66 feet to the point of beginning and containing 32,237 square feet or 0.7400 acres of land, more or less.
