HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 1241 ORDINANCE NO. 1241 AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION XXVIII, AMENDMENTS, OF ZONING ORDINANCE #1080 OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, JANUARY 9, 1984 AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: RESOLVED that on Case No. PZ-85-36 the following described property shall be rezoned from AG to 0-1. BEING a 4.771-acre tract in the T.K. Martin Survey, Abstract lOSS, Tarrant County, Texas; said tract being the same tract of land conveyed to William Ratcliff by Warranty Deed recorded in Volume 4696, Page 691 of the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas; said tract being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at the northeast corner of the Ratcliff tract and being the intersection of the west right-of-way line of Precinct Line ~oad and the south right-of-way line of Amundson Road; said point also being 22.92 feet South and 21.0 feet West of the northeast corner of the T.K. Martin Survey; THENCE South 00 degrees 25 minutes 36 seconds West along the said west line of Precinct Line Road for a distance of 419.85 feet to a point for corner; said point being the northeast corner of a 4.50-acre tract owned by Joe Bill Fox as recorded in Volume 7842, Page 1537 of the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas; THENCE South 89 degrees 55 minutes 00 seconds West along the south line of the Ratcliff tract and the north line of the Fox tract for a distance of 494.77 feet to a point for corner; THENCE North for a distance of 417.18 feet to a point for corner in the south line of Amundson Road; THENCE North 89 degrees 36 minutes 00 seconds East along the said south line of Amundson Road for a distance of 498.43 feet to the point of beginning and containing 4.771 acres of land. Page 2 This property is located at the southwest corner of Amundson Road and Precinct Line Road.
