HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 1249 ORDINANCE NO. 1249 AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION XXVIII, AMENDMENTS, OF ZONING ORDINANCE #1080 OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, JANUARY 9, 1984 AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: RESOLVED that on Case No. PZ-85-70 the following described property shall be rezoned from AG to R-2. The following described tract or parcel of land situated in the T.K. Martin Survey, Abstract 1055, Tarrant County, Texas, and being a portion of a tract as recorded on Page 720 of Volume 6932 in the Tarrant County Deed Records and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at an iron rod and being the northwest corner of said tract as recorded on Page 720 of Volume 6932 in the Tarrant County Deed Records said point also being the Southwest corner of Lot 3, Block 1, Martin Addition, to the City of North Richland Hills, Tarrant County, Texas, according to plat recorded on Page 73 of Volume 388-172 in the Tarrant County Plat Records and being by deed South a distance of 1055.65 feet, West a distance of 733.99 feet, and south 00 degrees 34 minutes 05 seconds East a distance of 35.01 feet from the Northeast corner of said T.K. Martin Survey; THENCE North 89 degrees 01 minutes 40 seconds East a distance of 257.29 feet to an iron rod at the southeast corner of Lot 3, Block 1, Martin Addition; THENCE South 50 degrees 07 minutes 40 seconds East a distance of 37.90 feet; THENCE South 00 degrees 52 minutes 15 seconds East a distance of 307.55 feet t an iron rod; THENCE North 89 degrees 53 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 78.87 feet to an iron rod; THENCE North 89 degrees 54 minutes 50 seconds West a distance of 208.90 feet to an iron rod; THENCE North 00 degrees 34 minutes 05 seconds West a distance of 327.00 feet to the point of beginning and containing 2.163 acres o£ land.
