HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 1253 I ORDINANCE NO. 1253 AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION XXVIII, AMENDMENTS, OF ZONING ORDINANCE #1080 OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, JANUARY 9, 1984 AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: RESOLVED that on Case No. PZ85-58 the following described property shall be rezoned from C-2-Specific Use-Sale of Used Autos (with restrictions) to C-2-Specific Use-Sale of Used Autos. BEING Lot 3R, Block 23, Clearview Addition, an addition to the City of North Richland Hills, Tarrant County, Texas as recorded in Volume 388-48, Page 173, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas. This property is located on the south side of Maplewood Drive at Grapevine Highway.
