HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 1267 ORDINANCE NO. 1267 AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION XXVIII, AMENDMENTS, OF ZONING ORDINANCE #1080 OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, JANUARY 9, 1984 AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: RESOLVED that on Case No. PZ-85-88 the following described property shall be rezoned from PD to R-1. BEING a 0.9875 acre tract situated in the W. A. Trimble Survey, Abstract 1520, in the City of North Richland Hills, Tarrant County, Texas and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the most westerly corner of Lot 57, Block 1, Meadow Lakes First Filing as recorded in Volume 388, Page 28, of the plat records of Tarrant County, Texas; said point also being on the northerly line of Meadow Lakes Drive (an 80-foot right-of-way); THENCE North 62 degrees 53 minutes 36 seconds West, a distance of 25.68 feet to a point at the beginning of a curve to the right having a central angle of 24 degrees 10 minutes 38 seconds, a radius of 218.85 feet, a tangent length of 46.87 feet and a chord bearing and distance of North SO degrees 48 minutes 17 seconds West, 91.66 feet; THENCE along said curve to the right, an arc distance of 92.35 feet to a point at the end of said curve; THENCE North 38 degrees 42 minutes 58 seconds West, a distance of 146.14 feet to a point in the southeasterly line of a TESCO easement (a 75-foot right-of-way) as recorded in Volume 2868, Page 449 of the deed records of Tarrant County, Texas; THENCE North 71 degrees 58 minutes 07 seconds East, along the southeasterly line of said TESCO easement, a distance of 336.39 feet to the northwesterly corner of Lot 49, Block 1 of said Meadow Lakes First Filing; said point being the beginning of a curve to the right having a central angle of 08 degrees 48 minutes 55 seconds, a radius of 1009.79 feet, a tangent length of 77.83 feet and a chord bearing and distance of South 22 degrees 48 minutes 10 seconds West, 155.21 feet; THENCE along said curve to the right and along the westerlymost line of said Meadow Lakes First Filing, an arc distance of 155.36 feet to a point at the end of said curve; Page 2 THENCE South 27 degrees 12 minutes 37 seconds West, along the westerlymost line of said Meadow Lakes First Filing a distance of 162.71 feet to the point of beginning and containing 0.9875 acres of land. This property is located on the north side of Meadow Lakes Drive at the TESCO right-of-way easement. APPROVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION THIS 11th DAY OF JULY, 1985.
