AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH SECTION XXVIII, AMENDMENTS, OF ZONING
ORDINANCE #1080 OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND
HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED
BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND
HILLS, JANUARY 9, 1984
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION
IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY
THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
RESOLVED that on Case No. PZ-85-28 the following described property shall
be rezoned from AG to R-3.
ALL that certain tract or parcel of land situated in the Stephen Richardson
Survey, Abstract 1266, Tarrant County, Texas, and being known as Tract 5 of
Brentwood Estates, an addition to the City of North Rich1and Hills, as
recorded in Volume 388-97, Page 31, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas,
and being further described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a point at the Southeast corner of said Tract 5;
THENCE North 59 degrees 47 minutes West, 1186.1 feet to a point;
THENCE North 26 degrees 40 minutes West, 1445.2 feet to a point in the
center line of a Continental Pipeline Company easement;
THENCE North 79 degrees 47 minutes East with said center line, 1694.7 feet
to a point;
THENCE South 00 degrees 09 minutes East, 2189.0 feet to the place of
beginning and containing 52.7 acres of land, more or less.

This property is located in the northern part of the city generally east
and west of Davis Boulevard at its intersection of Shady Grove Road.
APPROVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION THIS 14th DAY OF MARCH,
1985.
