ORDINANCE NO. 1230
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING THAT MABELL STREET FROM
HEWITT STREET TO 150 FEET SOUTH OF BUCK STREET BE
VACATED, ABANDONED AND CLOSED; PROVIDING FOR THE
REVERSION OF THE INTEREST OF THE CITY OF NORTH
RICHLAND HILLS IN SAID LAND; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS:
That Mabel1 Street from Hewitt Street to 150 feet south of
Buck Street save and except the intersections of Frankie B Street and
Buck Street be and the same is hereby closed, abandoned and
permanently vacated as a street or public thoroughfare of any kind or
character whatever, save and except that easements are reserved for
any and all existing utilities.
SECTION 2.
That the interest of the City of North Richland Hills in the
fee to the land in said street is hereby released and shall revert to
the adjacent owner of the fee as provided by law.
SECTION 3.
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4.
That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
and effect from and after the date of passage.

I, MABEL KELLEY. surviving spouse and devisee under the \~ill of
H. W. Kelley. deceased. do hereby dedicate and give to the Public the afore-
mentioned streets in Hewitt Estates Addition. said Additio~~flðVing been platted
and dedicated of record and tracts in said Addition having been sold and conveyed
by metes and bounds descriptions, and I do hereby adopt the following field notes
as correctly representing the above dedicated streets:
All that certain tract or parcel of land situated in Tarrant County,
Texas. and being part of the J. C. NcCm·~AS SURVEY, and being more
particularly described by metes and bound~ as follows:
