AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH SECTION XXVIII, AMENDMENTS, OF ZONING
ORDINANCE #1080 OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND
HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED
BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND
HILLS, JANUARY 9, 1984
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION
IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY
THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
RESOLVED that on Case No. PZ 84-55 the following described property shall
be rezoned from R-3 to R-5-D.
BEING Blocks 1 and 2, Fox Hollow Addition, to the City of North Richland
Hills, Tarrant County, Texas, as recorded in Volume 388-110, Page 17, Plat
Records, Tarrant County, Texas.
This property is located at north of Watauga Road, bounded on the south by
the railroad and on the west by North Park Estates.
APPROVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION THIS 12th DAY OF JULY, 1984.
