AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH SECTION XXVIII, AMENDMENTS, OF ZONING
ORDINANCE #1080 OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND
HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED
BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND
HILLS, JANUARY 9, 1984
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION
IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY
THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
RESOLVED that on Case No. PZ84-58 the following described property shall be
rezoned from C-2 (Commercial) to C-2-Specific Use-Sale of Beer for
off-premise consumption.
BEING Lot lOR, Lonsdale Addition, an addition to the City of North Richland
Hills, Tarrant County, Texas as recorded in Volume 388-163, Page 31, Deed
Records, Tarrant County, Texas
This property is located at the northeast corner of Davis Boulevard and
Harwood Road.
APPROVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION THIS 9th DAY OF AUGUST,
1984.
