AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH SECTION XXVIII, AMENDMENTS, OF ZONING
ORDINANCE #1080 OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND
HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED
BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND
HILLS, JANUARY 9, 1984
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION
IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY
THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
RESOLVED that on Case No. PZ 84-52 the following described property shall
be rezoned from C-1 to C-2-Specific Use-Sale of Used Autos.
BEING Lot 3R, Block 23, C1earview Addition, an addition to the City of
North Rich1and Hills, Tarrant County, Texas as recorded in Volume 388-48,
Page 173, Plat Records, Tarrant County, Texas
This property is located on the south side of Maplewood Drive at Grapevine
Highway.
DENIED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONINGJC~ISSION TH~S 26th DAY OF JULY, 1984.

NO.PZ-84-52 IS HEREBY REZONED C-2-SPECIFIC USE-SALE OF USED AUTOS THIS 8th
DAY OF OCTOBER, 1984 WITH THE FOLLOWING STIPULATIONS: THE BUSINESS BE
OPENED FROM 8:00 A.M. UNTIL 5:00 P.M.; BE LANDSCAPED WITHIN THE LIMIT OF
THE CITY"S ORDINANCES; NO ADDITIONAL LIGHTING; NO ENTRY FROM GRAPEVINE
HIGHWAY; AND BE RESTRICTED TO CARS NOT OVER TWO YEARS OLD.
