HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 1157 ORDINANCE NO. 1157 AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION XXVIII, AMENDMENTS, OF ZONING ORDINANCE #1080 OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, JANUARY 9, 1984 AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: RESOLVED that on Case No. PZ-84-63 the following described property shall be rezoned from AG (Agriculture) to R-3 (Single Family). BEING a tract of land out of the John McComas Survey, Abstract 1040, in Tarrant County, Texas, and described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pin for corner in the North line of Smithfield Road 1008.6 feet North and 18.5 feet West of the Southeast corner of said McComas Survey; THENCE West 495.20 feet to an iron pin for corner; THENCE North 156.50 feet to an iron pin for corner; THENCE East 495.20 feet to an iron pin for corner in the West line of Smithfield Road; THENCE South along said road, 156.50 feet to the point of beginning and containing 1.80 acres of land. Page 2 This property is located on the west side of Smithfield Road, approximately 500 feet south of Odell Street.
