AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH SECTION XXVIII, AMENDMENTS, OF ZONING
ORDINANCE #1080 OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND
HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED
BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND
HILLS, JANUARY 9, 1984
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION
IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY
THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
RESOLVED that on Case No. PZ-84-27 the following described property shall
be rezoned from Agriculture to R-2.
BEING a tract or parcel of land situated in the J. C. Bradford Survey,
Abstract 139, Tarrant County, Texas and being a portion of a 7~ acre tract
as conveyed to C.A. Gillis, Jr. by deed recorded on Page 504 of Volume 1579
in the Tarrant County Deed Records and being more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod in the South line of said 7~ acre tract and being
North 89 degrees 34 minutes 48 seconds West a distance of 575.07 feet from
the Southeast corner of said 7~ acre tract and also being by deed West a
distance of 950.92 feet, South a distance of 19.5 feet, South 0 degrees 00
minutes 45 seconds East, a distance of 789.1 feet from the Northwest corner
of said J.C. Bradford Survey;
THENCE North 89 degrees 34 minutes 50 seconds West along the South line of
said 7~ acre tract a distance of 200.0 feet to an iron rod in the East line
of Keller-Smithfield Road (County Road No. 3076);
THENCE North along the East line of said Keller-Smithfield Road (County
Road No. 3076) a distance of 217.8 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE South 89 degrees 34 minutes 50 seconds East a distance of 200.0 feet
to an iron rod;
THENCE South a distance of 217.8 feet to the place of beginning containing
1.0 acre or 43,560 square feet of land.

This property is located on the east side of Keller-Smithfield Road and
approximately 425 feet south of Shady Grove Road.
