AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH SECTION XXVIII, AMENDMENTS, OF ZONING
ORDINANCE #1080 OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND
HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED
BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND
HILLS, JANUARY 9, 1984
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION
IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY
THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
RESOLVED that on Case No. PZ 84-32 the following described property shall
be rezoned from C-l to C-1-Specific Use-Sale of Beer for off premise
consumption.
STIPULATION: PERMIT ISSUED IN THE NAME OF JAMES BUCHANAN AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.
BEING Lot I, Block I, Lightfoot Addition out of the S. Richardson Survey to
the City of North Richland Hills, Tarrant County, Texas, according to plat
recorded in Volume 388-93, Page 978, Plat Records, Tarrant County, Texas.
This property is located at 7716 Davis Boulevard.
APPROVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION THIS 12th DAY OF APRIL,
1984.
