HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 1127 ORDINANCE NO. 1127 AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION XXVIII, AMENDMENTS, OF ZONING ORDINANCE #1080 OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, JANUARY 9, 1984 AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: RESOLVED that on Case No. PZ-84-34 the following described property shall be rezoned from PD to R-2. Stipulation: See attached exibit A. BEING a portion of Coventry Place Estates, and addition to the City of North Richland Hills, Tarrant County, Texas according to a plat recorded in Volume 388-105, Page 59, Plat Records of Tarrant County, Texas and being: Block 1 . Lots 1 thru 17 , Block 2' Lots 8 thru 22 , Block 3' Lots 2 thru 23 , Block 4; Lots 1 thru 24 Block 5' Lots 1 thru 17, Tr. B , And a revised plat recorded in Volume 388-105, Page 59, Plat Records of Tarrant County, Texas and being: Block 2; Lots 4R thru 7R Block 3; Lots 1R, 24R thru 28R Containing 30.023 acres more or less Page 2 This property is located at the southeast corner of Smithfield Road and Starnes Road.
