HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 1133 ORDINANCE NO. 1133 AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION XXVIII, AMENDMENTS, OF ZONING ORDINANCE #1080 OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, JANUARY 9, 1984 AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: RESOLVED that on Case No. PZ 84-40 the following described property shall be rezoned from C-1-Specific Use-Sale of Beer for off premise consumption to C-1-Specific Use-Sale of Beer for off premise consumption (transfer to new owner). STIPULATION: Permit to be issued in the name of Lee Bovea and non-transferable. BEING Lot 1, Block 31, College Hill Addition to the City of North Richland Hills, Tarrant County, Texas, as recorded in Volume 388-123, Page 61, Plat Records, Tarrant County, Texas. This property is located at the intersection of Smithfield Road and Davis Boulevard.
