ORDINANCE NO. 1139
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that keeping of bees within 300
feet of a residence is a nuisance and is dangerous to the health and general
welfare of the City and its inhabitants.
THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of the City of North
Richland Hills, Texas, that:
1.
No person shall keep or maintain bees in this city within 300 feet
of any residence other than that of the owner.
2.
Any person violating any portion of this ordinance shall be deemed
guilty of a misdemeanor and fined not in excess of $200.00
3.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from the date of
passage and approval and publication as required by law.
Passed and approved this 9th day of July, 1984.
