Consideration of April 10, 2014 Gas Board of Appeals Meeting Minutes APPROVED Marty Kusmierski motioned to approve the minutes of the April 10, 2014 Gas Board of Appeals minutes. The motion was seconded by Brian Crowson and it passed unanimously (4-0). 4. GB 2014-07 Public hearing and Consideration of a request from Chesapeake Energy Corporation for a deviation from distance requirements from existing structures to four (4) gas wellheads at the proposed Anejo TRT 1H & 4H and Grove TRT 1H & 3H gas wells at 7100 Davis Blvd. Page 2 of 4;05/08/2014 GBA minutes Delores Garza, 100 Energy Way, Fort Worth, TX 76102 came forward with a request for deviation from distance requirements to four (4) gas wellheads. Sue Fitzwater; 7409 Forrest Ln.; came forward as neither opposed or in favor. James Beggs; 7237 Davis Blvd.; came forward in favor. The public hearing was closed at 09:41 pm. The Gas Board opened for discussion. DENIED Marty Kusmierski motioned to deny GB 2014-07, the motion was seconded by Brian Crowson. The motion to deny passes unanimously (4-0). 5. GB2014-08 Public Hearing and Consideration of a request from Chesapeake Energy Corporation for an appeal to the Gas Board to allow a permanent above-ground lift compressor at the Anejo Gas Well Pad Site located at 7100 Davis Blvd. Chairman Shiflet opened the public hearing at 07:39pm. There were no persons for or against and the public hearing was closed at 07:40pm. DENIED Marty Kusmierski motioned to deny GB 2014-08, the motion was seconded by Kathy Luppy. The motion to deny passes unanimously (4-0). 8. Adjournment There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 9:45 p.m. Asst Chairman Shiftlet motioned, second by Marty Kusmierski.
