AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS,
SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE #179, ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS,
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING
AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER 13, 1967,
AS AMENDED JANUARY 27, 1975
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION
IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY
THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
RESOLVED that on Case No. PZ-83-47 the following described property shall
be rezoned from Agriculture to 1F-9-1500-0ne Family Dwelling..
BEGINNING at an iron pin in the north line of County Road No. 3050, a
distance of 170.5 varas East and 1999.0 feet South of the 6th corner of the
S. Richardson Survey, said pin being the Southwest corner of a tract of
land as shown in Volume 3736, Page 58, and the Southeast corner of a 2.0
acre tract of land deeded to John R. Key as shown in Volume 3907, Page 503,
Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE West with the North line of said Road 125.0 feet to an iron pin;
THENCE North 348.48 feet to an iron pin in the North line of said 2.0 acre
tract;
THENCE East 125.0 feet to a stake, the Northeast corner of said tract;
THENCE South with the East line of said tract 348.48 feet to the place of
beginning and being the same tract of land as recorded in Volume 4427, Page
925, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas.

This property is located on the north side of Rumfield Road and is
approximately 300 feet east of Davis Boulevard..
