1. Call The Meeting to Order
Chair Benton Orr called the meeting to order at 6:06 pm.
2. Approve the Minutes from the September 12, 2012 meeting of the Youth
Advisory Committee
Rachel Andrews made a motion to approve the minutes. Rebecca Cooper
seconded that motion and the minutes were approved unanimously.
3. Introductions
Everyone on the committee introduced themselves and told a little about
why they decided to join the Youth Advisory Committee.
4. Presentation by the Parks Department regarding the renovation of
Adventure World Park
Tabled for next meeting.

Chair Orr adjourned the meeting at 6:35 pm
