HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 1072 \ \ ORDINANCE NO. 1072 AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS, SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE #179, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER 13, 1967, AS AMENDED JANUARY 27, 1975 AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: RESOLVED that on Case No. PZ-83-57 the following described property shall be rezoned from Agriculture to 1F-9-1500-0ne Family Dwellings. SITUATED in the City of North Richland Hills, Tarrant County, Texas, and being a tract of land out of the John McComas Survey, Abstract 1040, and being more particularly described as follows; BEGINNING at a point in the North right of way line of Odell Street, said point also being the Southeast corner of Lot 4, Block I, Mollie B. Collins Addition, as recorded in Volume 388-108, Page 33, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas; THENCE North 01 degrees 18 minutes East, along the East property line of said Lot 4, a distance of 148.24 feet to a point for corner; THENCE North 86 degrees 00 minutes East, a distance of 183.5 feet to a point for corner; THENCE South 00 degrees 40 minutes East, a distance of 101.2 feet to a point for corner, said point also being in the North line of Odell Street; THENCE South 72 degrees 19 minutes West along said North line of Odell Street a distance of 196.9 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, and containing 0.529 acres of land. Page 2 This property is located on the north side of Odell Street, approximately 300 feet west of Smithfield Road.
