HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 1073 ~ ORDINANCE NO. 1073 AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS, SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE #179, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED BY~HE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER 13, 1967, AS AMENDED JANUARY 27, 1975 AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: RESOLVED that on Case No. PZ-83-59 the following described property shall be rezoned from Local Retail-Flood Plain & Multi-Family-Flood Plain to Local Retail and Multi-Family. FIELD NOTE DESCRIPTION FOR FLOODWAY WALKER BRANCH ADDITION: Legal description for two drainageways crossing Blocks 1 & 2, Walker Branch Addition to the City of North Richland Hills. The two drainageways are defined as being an 85 foot strip and a 200 foot strip shown on the subdivision plat of record and being more particularly described as follows: An 85 foot drainage easement as shown on Lot 1, Block 1, Walker Branch Addition to the City of North Richland Hills, Tarrant County, Texas and recorded in Volume 388-154, Page 22, of the Tarrant County Plat Records. A 180 foot and 200 foot drainage easement along the boundary line of Lot 2, Block 2, Walkers Branch Addition to the City of North Richland Hills, Tarrant County, Texas as recorded in Volume 388-154, Page 22, of Tarrant County Plat Records. ----.. Page 2 This property is located at the northwest corner of Grapevine Highway and Harwood Road.
