HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 1077 ORDINANCE NO. 1077 AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS, SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE #179, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER 13, 1967, AS AMENDED JANUARY 27, 1975 AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: RESOLVED that on Case No. PZ-83-58 the following described property shall be rezoned from Agriculture to 1F-8-1500. BEING a tract of land out of the John McComas Survey, Abstract 1040 in the City of North Richland Hills, Tarrant County, Texas, and being described as follows: BEGINNING at an iron rod in the north right of way line of Odell Street, said iron rod being 201.0 feet in a westerly direction along the north right of way line of Odell Street from the intersection of Odell and Smithfield Road; THENCE South 87 degrees 06 minutes West along Odell Street a distance of 81.0 feet to an iron rod for corner; THENCE North 00 degrees 40 minutes West a distance of 101.2 feet to an iron rod for corner; THENCE North 86 degrees 00 minutes East a distance of 82.0 feet to an iron rod for corner; THENCE South 00 degrees 09 minutes 05 seconds East a distance of 102.64 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING and containing 0.191 acres of land.
