HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 1081 .1 "': ORDINANCE NO. 1081 AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS, SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE #179, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER 13, 1967, AS AMENDED JANUARY 27, 1975 AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: RESOLVED that on Case No. PZ-83-65 the following described property shall be rezoned from Agriculture to IF-9-1500. Being a parcel of land out of the O. Rumfield Survey, Abstract 1365, Tarrant County, Texas, said parcel being a 6.15 acre tract of land as conveyed to Aubrey Brothers Development and Building, Inc. by deed recorded in Volume 7560, Page 03, of the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas, said parcel of land being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING in the north line of the o. Rumfield Survey, and being situated North 89 degrees 59 minutes West 476.0 feet from the northwest corner of a certain tract of land conveyed by Leslie Slate to D.E. Clark, by deed recorded in Volume 3546, Page 49, of the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas, and said point being 357.22 varas west and 476.0 feet North 89 degrees 59 minutes West from the northeast corner of the O. Rumfield Survey; THENCE South 01 degrees 23 minutes East a distance of 562.0 feet to an iron pin for corner, said point being in the north line of a tract of land conveyed to Kenneth Whitley and George Boring by deed recorded in Volume 6149, Page 603, of the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas; THENCE North 89 degrees 44 minutes West for a distance of 503.8 to an iron pin for corner, said point being in the north line of Flamingo Estates Addition, Section I and said point also being the southeast corner of a tract of land conveyed to Clinton Murray by deed recorded in Volume 4487, Page 372, of the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas; THENCE North 00 degrees 55 minutes West for a distance of 160.36 feet to an iron pin for corner, said point being the northeast corner of said Murray tract and said point also being the southeast corner of a tract of land conveyed to Charles E. Boesh by deed recorded in Volume 1997, Page 282, of the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas; THENCE South 89 degrees 49 minutes East for a distance of 30.00 feet to an iron pin for corner, said point being the southeast corner of a tract of land conveyed to Frank Hanes by deed recorded in Volume 4074, Page 318, of the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas; \ I I '........<Þ Page 2 THENCE North 00 degrees 23 minutes West for a distance of 395.5 feet to an iron pin for corner, said point being the northeast corner of said Hanes tract and said point also being in the south line of a tract of land conveyed to Royal W. Sherbet by deed recorded in Volume 6939, Page 216, of the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas; THENCE North 88 degrees 58 minutes East for a distance of 216.2 feet to an iron pin for corner, said point being the southeast corner of said Sherbet tract, and said point also being the southwest corner of a tract of land conveyed to James Pierson by deed recorded in Volume 6078, Page 805, of the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas; THENCE South 89 degrees 59 minutes East for a distance of 249.2 feet to the place of beginning and containing 6.15 acres of land, more or less. This property joins Flamingo Estates Addition, Section 1 on the north and is approximately 700 feet east of the intersection of Eden Road and Rumfield Road.
