ORDINANCE NO. 1082
AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS,
SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE #179, ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS,
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING
AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER 13, 1967,
AS AMENDED JANUARY 27, 1975
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION
IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY
THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
RESOLVED that on Case No. PZ 83-67 the following described property shall
be rezoned from Agriculture to IF-12-1800.
BEING 1.0 acre tract of land out of the J.C. McComas Survey, Tarrant
County, Texas, and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point 804.0 feet South 00 degrees 22 minutes West and 537.0
feet North 85 degrees 25 minutes East of the North west corner of the said
J. C. McComas Survey, said point being the South line of County Road No.
3066;
THENCE North 85 degrees 25 minutes East, along the South line of County
Road No. 3066, 172.40 feet to an iron pin for corner;
THENCE South 00 degrees 11 minutes West, 261.20 feet to an iron pin for a
corner in the North line of Frankie Street;
THENCE North 89 degrees 54 minutes West, along the North line of Frankie
Street, 171.6 feet to an iron pin for corner;
THENCE North 00 degrees 11 minutes East, 247.0 feet to the point of
beginning and containing 1.00 acres of land.
