BEING Lot I, Block 31, College Hill Addition, an addition to the City of North Richland Hill, Tarrant County, Texas as recorded in Volume 388-123, Page 61, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas. This propery is located at the intersection of Davis Boulevard and Smithfield Road. APPROVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION THIS 15th DAY OF DECEMBER, 1983.
