HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 1092 ORDINANCE NO. 1092 AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION XXVIII, AMENDMENTS, OF ZONING ORDINANCE #1080 OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, JANUARY 9, 1984 AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: RESOLVED that on Case No. PZ-84-4 the following described property shall be rezoned from Agriculture to R-2 (Single Family). BEING a tract of land out of the John Condra Survey in the City of North Richland Hills, Tarrant County, Texas and being described as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pin situated at the Northeast corner of Lot 8, Block 4, Maroaks Addition to the City of North Richland Hills, Tarrant County, Texas; THENCE North 0 degrees 32 minutes West 50.0 feet; THENCE South 89 degrees 52 minutes 17 seconds West 50.0 feet to an iron pin for corner in the Easterly R.O.W. line of Cimarron Drive; THENCE North 0 degrees 32 minutes West 607.67 feet; THENCE South 89 degrees 39 minutes 13 seconds East 112.01 feet; THENCE South 0 degrees 32 minutes East 597.37 feet; THENCE Easterly along curve to the right with a radius of 1376.8 feet a distance of 59.96 feet to the P. T. of said curve; THENCE South 85 degrees 57 minutes 29 seconds East 10.0 feet to the beginning of a curve to the left with a radius of 1326.8 feet; THENCE Easterly along said curve to the left a distance of 98.12 feet to the P.
