AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH SECTION XXVIII, AMENDMENTS, OF ZONING
ORDINANCE #1080 OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND
HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED
BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND
HILLS, JANUARY 9, 1984
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION
IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY
THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
RESOLVED that on Case No. PZ-84-7 the following described property shall be
rezoned from Agriculture to C-l (Commercial).
Boundary description for a tract of land out of the John M. Crockett
Survey, Abstract 273, within the City of North Richland Hills, Tarrant
County, Texas, being that certain 1.1386 acre tract of land as conveyed to
H. T. Worthington by deed recorded in Volume 3048, Page 352, of the Deed
Records of Tarrant County, Texas, and being a portion of that certain 15.01
acre tract of land as conveyed to H. T. Worthington by deed recorded in
Volume 1935, Page 91, of the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas and
being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the west line of FM #1938 (Davis Boulevard), said
point being the northeast corner of said Worthington tract (Tract 3B), and
said point also being the southeast corner of Lot 18, Block 3, W. E. Odell
Addition, an addition to the original town of Smithfield;
THENCE South 18 degrees 27 minutes West along the east line of said
Worthington tract and the west line of said FM #1938 for a distance of
45.00 feet to the beginning of a curve to the left having a radius of
2924.79 feet;
THENCE continuing in a southerly direction along said curve to the left and
the said west R.O.W. line of FM 1938 and the east line of said Worthington
tract, a distance of 708.10 feet to the end of said curve to the left;
THENCE West 10.00 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE South 210.84 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE West 130.00 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE South 75.00 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE West 164.45 feet to a point for corner;

THENCE South 200.56 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE West 184.72 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE North 573.89 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE East 152.31 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE North 03 degrees 12 minutes East for a distance of 821.98 feet to a
point for corner, said point being in the south line of said W. E. Odell
Addition;
THENCE East along the said south line of W. E. Odell Addition for a
distance of 277.00 feet to a point, said point being in the west line of
Mickey Court;
THENCE South 178.00 feet to a point, said point being the southwest corner
of said Mickey Court;
THENCE East for a distance of 160.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING and
containing 10.9986 acres of land. more or less.
This property is located on the west side of Davis Boulevard and bounded on
the west by Smithfield Elementary school.
