HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 1098 I ORDINANCE NO. 1098 WHEREAS, on January 9, 1984, the City Council passed a Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance (Ordinance No. 1080); and, WHEREAS, the City Council, in such Ordinance adopted a Zoning Map; and, WHEREAS, certain clerical errors were made in the preparation of such Zoning Map which have now been discovered; and, WHEREAS, such errors involved the zoning of certain below described subdivisions and tracts as R-2, C-2, and R-6T Districts when in fact the Council had no intention of changing the zoning of such subdivision and tracts and the classification that should have been on the Zoning Map is AG and C-l as stated in Section 1 had a clerical error not been made. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of North Richland Hills, Texas that: 1. The Zoning Map of the City of North Richland Hills, Texas, adopted by Ordinance No. 1080, is ordered corrected to reflect the following zoning of: Tract 1 of Abstract 1266, Stephen Richardson Survey to AG instead of R-2; Tract 2H, 2Hl, and 2H1A of Abstract 1040, John McComas Survey to AG instead of C-2; Tract 2A2 of Abstract 1606, William W. Wallace Survey to C-l instead of C-2; Block 2, Snow Heights North Addition to C-l instead of C-2; Tract 2B of Abstract 1588, J. M. Vandusen Survey to C-l instead of R-6T. 2. In order to correct the clerical errors in the Zoning Map adopted by Ordinance No. 1080 the City staff shall treat the above described subdivision and tracts as being zoned as outlined above. 3. The City Council specifically adopts all of the above findings as being findings of the City Council. Ordinance No. Page Two 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon passage and approval.
