ORDINANCE NUMBER 989
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of North
Richland Hills, Texas, that ORDINANCE NUMBER 461, "Nuisances,"
adopted April 9, 1973, and as heretofore amended, be and the same
is hereby amended at Section 2.31 to read as follows:
"SECTION 2.31
Any wrecked, junked or otherwise inoperative motor, vehicle,
except one (1) vehicle while awaiting repair not to exceed
45 days or except under cover of a permanent screening
fence of masonry and/or solid wood (weather-resistant
redwood, cedar or equal) not less than six (6) feet in
height, from all directions."
