HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 0938 I ORDINANCE NO. 938 AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN.ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTSs SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE #179s ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHlAND HILLS, TEXASs PASSED, APPROVEDs AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLSs NOVEMBER 13, 1967s AS AMENDED JANUARY 27, 1975 AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND KILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: . RESOLVED that on Case No. PZ 81-4~ . ,_ the following described property shall be rezoned from Commerc 1 a I·. . . .. to Commercial-Specific Use-Sale ot A.ICOhbllC tseverages. .-. STIPULATION: Permit non-transferrable; permit to be in the name of Robert Uhler. BEING a tract of land out of the W.W. Wallace Surveys Abstract #1606s situated in the City of North Richland Hills in Tarrant Countys Texas'; and embracing a portion of the 1-18/100 acres tract described in the deed to Tarrant County recorded in Volume 4146, Page 411, of the Tarrant County Deed Records; BEGINNING at a 3/4" iron rod for the southeast corner of the said 1-18/100 acres tract, in the north line of right of way of Interstate Highway Loop 820 described in the deed to the State of Texas recorded in Volume 3533, Page 381, of the said Deed Records, for the southwest corner of Lot 3s in Block 2, of Cochran Addition as said Lot 3 appears upon the map recorded in Volume 388-136, Page 66 of said Deed Records; THENCE north 82 degrees 53 minutes west, along the said north line of right of way for the south line of said 1-18/100 acres tract, 175-56/100 feet to a 3/4" iron rod for the southeast corner of Lot I, Block 1 of Somerset Addition as said Lot 1 appears upon the map recorded in Volumn 388-89, Page 38 of the said Deed Records, from which a concrete State of Texas Highway Monument bears north 82 degrees 53 minutes west 0-8/10 of a foot; THENCE north no degrees 04 minutes 23 seconds east, along the east line of said Lot 1, at 282-60/100 feet pass a 3/4" iron rod for the northeast corner of said Lot I, in all 283-41/100 feet to the north line of said 1-18/100 acres tract; THENCE south 89 degrees 40 minutes east, along the said north line of the 1-18/100 acres tract, 172-33/100 feet; THENCE south no degrees 17 minutes 10 seconds east, at 1-56/100 feet pass a 3/4" iron rod for the northwest corner of said Lot 3 in Block 2, in all, 304-16/100 feet to the place of beginning.
