AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE NORTH RICHLAND HILLS
LANDSCAPING ORDINANCE BY INCREASING THE FILING FEE FOR
VARIANCES TO $500, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the adequacy ofthe fees charged for processing
and considering variances brought to the landscape review board and finds that
such fee should be increased; NOW, THEREFORE,

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND
HILLS, TEXAS:

Section 1:
THAT Section SF of the Landscape Ordinance (No. 2423) is hereby amended
to read as follows:

"F. Fees: Every application for a variance shall be accompanied by a filing
fee of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00)."

Section 2:
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
passage and publication as required by law.
